I wish I would've been told by the intake nurse that if I had allergies to be sure and bring my allergy medication and take it before the study because the system needs to read the airflow from my nose via cannula. I didn't have any problems until I got to the hospital and then my allergies went into full effect and I couldn't breath through my nose. I hope it didn't screw up my test because I'm private pay and I can't afford to do another $900 sleep study.

I was nervous and had no idea what to expect, but the technician Tracey was very good at explaining and easing me into the process. She seemed to honestly care, which you do not normally see. I enjoyed the sleep study as a whole.

I would request that heavier blankets be made available. The blankets are very thin.
It was a challenge for me to get warm in the room, even after adjusting the thermostat.
I would recommend advising people who are cold-blooded to plan to bring heavy blankets and sleepwear.

The bed was comfortable but the provided blanket was too short to cover my shoulders. Minor issue but it did detract from the overall rating.

Had a wonderful experience with my polysomnographic technician was a fantastic experience. Karen answered any questions I had and was very attentive to my sleep 💤 study. She has a great personality for this line of work. There were a couple of problems with the toilet 🚽 seat being loose, and a missing hook 🪝 on the bathroom door 🚪 that was a potential to cause a laceration if you were to catch your arm just right. Please let me know if you agree with me on the bathroom issues. Thanks and have a great day.

I did not see a doctor during this visit.
I love be all of my interactions with the scheduling team and my tech ms. Jenna ! She did a great job!
This testing location really needs an update. I didn’t like all the brown and the bed was so hard it was uncomfortable to sleep in, so my thoughts are how accurate is the test if I have no chance of getting to a comfortable position at all.
All in all people at the Nashville location are nice but the facility needs an upgrade yesterday.

When we were leaving, we spoke over the intercom and told the person we were leaving. But the person just said have a good day and did not direct us to the exit. So we were kind of lost in the place for a little while. which could have made us lose our Uber ride.
But Karen was excellent throughout the night.She instructed us about our leaving, and that the next person on duty was supposed to take us to the exit door. But overall, we had good experience.

Private bathrooms connected to the sleep rooms would be preferable. Please supply additional thicker blankets for more comfortable sleeping. I appreciate that there was a rollaway cot for me as the parent. Jason, our tech, was great with my daughter and very helpful overall. No complaints at all with his service. I appreciate that you were able to get us in for an appointment within about a month of referral.

It's been a long time since I've seen anyone who checked off all the boxes-kind, helpful, patient, efficient -and the set up with the machines and wires, etc -she really knows her job. She explained everything very well.

The reason I put would not recommend is because I had tried calling
Multiple times per week with nobody ever answering. I left messages
To multiple voicemails NEVER Receiving a call back the following
Day. It just made no sense to me. Then when I said I was running late
I would be there by 830pm and was told ok. I showed up at 820
Rang the bell 15 times, not until exactly 830 did I get let in or talked to.
She said she was told I was not getting in until 830.. umm ok
Well SOMEONE should of answered the ring... it should be connected
To wherever the workers are located.
If it had not taken me 3 weeks to get ahold if yall to get setup for this appt
And 5 weeks prior it took till someone said they aren't taking my insurance
And are fighting to get ambetter to pay again. Thats not
A valid excuse to NOT of told me that right away instead of me
Wasting time effort and anxiety wondering what the heck is going
On.. I had left messaged on FOUR different voice mails might I add
To the facility.

The tech tech eventually warmed up but she was very Curt in her communication. I also was not satisfied with the communication for the co-payment which I'm still waiting to hear back from as I opted for a payment plan. However, I did not pay anything at time of sleep study. It has been 2 days since my sleep study occurred and I am pending a phone call to schedule a follow-up to go through the results.

We had an amazing experience with the sleep study. Brandy came in and introduced herself and asked my toddler did she have any questions. She was very patient with her and explained what she was doing and what to expect. To my surprise, it went extremely well. Knowing how my child sleeps, she shocked us all. I'd absolutely return to this facility if more testing is necessary.

The only negative is that the Jack & Jill bathrooms are not ideal. Especially here as when the person would lock the door it made a very loud disturbing noise. This the ONLY negative I can think of. Overall EXCELLENT! Especially my technician, Jaime! Thanks!!!

My therapist was EXCEPTIONAL.
