Ashley was fantastic. Very friendly and knew her job very well and the care and compassion throughout the visit was exceptional from her. I wish the room would have had a lock for the bathroom on my side so I could have secured the door from the other guest. Just a minor comfort thing there. Also, I knew where the location was and had been there once before to pick up a device, but I dont recall an address or anything being provided in the instructions or texts leading up to it. Michelle did a fantastic job over the phone in confirming for me that it was the place that I had been to before.

I had difficulty sleeping comfortably and needed extra pillows which were not available. Having extra pillows and at least two towels (long hair) would have been nice. Other than that tech was nice and helpful and tried to make me comfortable.

I had my first Sleep test over 20 years ago. I did not have a good experience. I was nervous before the test but Jermy, Sleep Technologist, explained to me the procedure and took good care of me through the test.

For patients that have a parent or someone staying with them, it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, a pitcher of water with cups, and vending machines available that weren't behind locked doors. Also, I noticed the beds were tempuroedic, but they felt like sleeping on 2x4s. The blanket/comforter did not fit the bed and kept sliding to the floor anytime you would barely move. Also, waking people up at 5 or 5:30AM, when you've been waking them up off and on all night, and making them feel rushed to leave was a bit much. When we left everything was still locked and lights were off. It was a ghost town. You couldn't have let us sleep until 6:30 or 7? I had 3 hrs to drive before we got home and was exhausted.

Tracy was wonderful and made my daughter feel so comfortable during our stay. Everything was very easy, super clean, and, overall, a very good experience. My daughter (who is 6) kept talking about how sweet Tracy was while we were there. Biggest thank you to her!

The technician, Brandi, was professional, kind, and informative. Everything was positive except for my arrival. I went to the other facility not realizing the sleep center was at a separate location. When I arrived, I tried to enter the front of the building but finally discovered the side entrance. My only suggestion to make it a better experience would be to make sure on the courtesy call that people understand it’s not at the testing location. I should have made sure myself so I take responsibility too. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend your services. Thanks for helping me achieve a good night’s sleep.

I had a very pleasant experience. My only concern is that I wear a dental appliance. My Dr. told me to make sure I wear it during the study, as I had not had a sleep study since getting the appliance a couple of years ago. During the study, the technologist asked me to adjust the appliance. This requires changing straps on the appliance. I did not have those with me, as I wasn't advised to bring them. I'm concerned that it was a waste of time since that was the point of the study - to adjust the appliance. I as not made aware of that previous to the study

I admit that I was scared to death about the appointment at the Sleep Center..The Sleep technician was very kind and extremely reassuring. She listened to my concerns about being extremely claustrophobic and being afraid of the mask. She brought in a device that a friend had mentioned that does not cover the nose and mouth. Tracey was excellent. The night was not scary at all. ** As far as directions, getting to the hospital was no problem, Information about there being 2 parking garages was not given to me. Also, there were no signs showing directions to the Sleep Center . I parked in the wrong parking garage. I had been told to park by the elevators, which I did. Fortunately, I found a young man who works at the hospital who assisted me with getting to the Sleep Center. There needs to be better signs advising of the location of the Sleep Center building

The only thing that was uncomfortable was the pulse oximeter. I have big fingers and kept waking up to move it to a different fingers because it hurt. Everything else was perfect. Thank you guys!

Jamie was very attentive & personal. The test experience was great. Getting up the next morning experienced air in right side. I laid on my right side. Felt a little hang over feeling. Jamie told me to take my time leaving. Explained how to sticky out of hair & skin. Thanks 😊

Our technologist Brandi was amazing!! She helped my little girl stay calm because she was very nervous I would recommend something more comfortable for parents staying with their child though. The recliner In the room was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Other than that everything was great!

The technologist was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. The only problem I encountered was my device was programmed incorrectly. This may have occurred since it was a new model. I couldn’t use it until Monday after the doctors office opened.

The teck that took care of me on the night of 3/25/26 was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend this facility to others . I have had 2 separate occasions to take the sleep study and they both was at this same facility many years apart and both times the attendant went above and beyond making me feel at ease and relaxed.You just can't find people and a place of business like that anymore. Thank you so much for your care.
