The only reason all responses weren’t “Excellent” is because I was in the room adjacent to the kitchen and the wall between us wasn’t very soundproof. I’m pretty sure I was awaken a couple of times during the night due to noises in the kitchen. I definitely heard some noises a couple of times while I was awake. However, I must say my technologist was fabulous from beginning to end. P.S. Your first and last question in this survey are identical. I’m assuming that’s on purpose to see if answering questions causes a change in perception. If not, you need to correct.”

Brittany was my sleep technologist. She was very informative, considerate, efficient and respectful. I had some difficulty getting comfortable, but I guess that is somewhat expected. It would have been nice to have a reading lamp to use during the interval between arrival and hookup.

I stayed with my son and had to use the recliner, which wasn’t the most comfortable but all in all Jason explained everything well and put my son’s uncertainty at ease.

Karen, the technologist is a very knowledgeable and caring person. Her proficiency and detail in applying the various leads and connections, her ease in explaining what was taking place, and the extra time she took engaging me with conversations that made everything that was taking place of no concern. Due to my constant turning throughout the night she was always quick on coming in and and reconnecting any sensor that ihad dislodged. If not for the fact that I had a poor night sleeping I would have given an excellent rating to all questions. Thank you Karen for making everything Crystal clear to me.

Didn’t like not having a bathroom in my room. Blankets were thin. Walls needed painting. No dresser to put my things on. I had a sleep study before at Skyline. Much better experience

My technologist was very patient and professional. Bed was comfortably. I needed an extra blanket. I suggest updating the sleep study packet. Advise that there will be a substance put in your hair for example. Explain that you will not be able to put lotion on your face, chest or shins.

Everyone was very professional, but friendly and accommodating. They were very respectful with my privacy and when they came into the room as far as lighting and soft spoken, I had a very good experience.

Poor driving directions Very nosy while trying to sleep. I asked for and was given earplugs and it was still noisy . It was so Noisy I think no this may have influenced the outcome of the test.

Jamie was extremely helpful and patient, answering all our questions. She provided pertinent information regarding sleep apnea and different stages of sleep, but did not disclose details of my husband’s case. She even recommended a new mask that would work better for him.

Jamie is such a sweetheart! My daughter was nervous about having a study done but Jamie made the whole process so easy, and was very calming and helpful! We completely enjoyed the whole experience but I do have to give the majority of the credit for that to her very attentive and supportive care.
