My tech was very professional & explained everything clearly. I was nervous because it was my first time to have a sleep study. She helped me calm down just by being so efficient. I would highly recommend your facility.

Con: appoint time was 7:30 arrived around 7:00, no staff had arrived 
I called to see what time they would arrive and was told 8:00 pm
Since I was alone with another person waiting outside I left and 
Returned around 8:00 pm. My suggestions is text the patient if time changes
To avoid inconveniences

Both of the sleep techs I had were kind and amazing. The Midtown location’s instructions were much more clear than the Murfreesboro location’s instructions upon arrival. The doctors for my pre/post study appointments, however, spent less than 10 minutes talking with me and the last one spent only 5 minutes in the room with me saying only I’d need a second study and have bad apnea. That should not be a paid appointment, but a phone call.

Your tech (Tam) was very good, very attentive. Your facility is very good (great bed). I hated the study itself! I found it nearly impossible to get to sleep with wires running everywhere making movement confining and difficult. I am sure every patient feels the same.

My sleep tech was very nice and answered all of my questions. The only criticism I have regarding the entire process is in regards to checking in. My check in time was changed from 7:30pm to 8:00pm kind of at the last moment. I received a call the day before telling me my check in time was at 8:00. I already had the directions to the address and office number. The problem / confusion came when arriving at the office but no one was there to greet me or to unlock the door. The lights were off and there was no indication anyone was there. In fact, no on was there, the tech did not show up until exactly at 8:00. It would be nice if, for those people that show up 15 mins early, there would be someone there to let us in to the office and assure us we were in the right place.

The study technicians and clerk were very courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, clearly explained each step of the procedure, and responded to my questions with patience and professionalism. Their respectful demeanor and attention to detail contributed to a smooth and reassuring experience during what could have been an anxious night

I hate that more instruction was not given following the study.An example is the chin strap used. I cannot find nor do I know what kind it was, and I have no way of knowing how to contact the technician for that information. The chin strap used was much better than the one I was issued. I feel as though the technician should have a little more leeway in giving you some information or education from your study that would be very helpful in your treatment.

parking and getting into the unit is tough at night some of the access directions are blocked. i was lucky enough to have a cleaningady escort me through the jungle to get to the right door.

Very good experience overall, the tech was awesome,
 the doctor who recommended the study was great.
The only real notes I have are, I wish there was more time, 
Difficult to get to sleep quickly in a new environment with 
All the equipment attached, and I think a little more time would 
Potentially line up better. I also would appreciate less lights in the 
Room. Its very difficult to fall asleep with so many lights, I think it 
Took a lot longer for me to fall asleep and the events I woke up, it 
Was much harder to get back to sleep, which I think would make 
It more difficult to get the needed data.

I woke up with one of my usual migraines and it makes me sick. The lady was so nice and professional. My sleep study ended soon and she walked me to the parking garage to make sure I was safe.

My printed instructions on when to arrive were not accurate. I drove 3 hours to get to your location and arrive between 7:15 and 7:30 per my instructions. I rang the doorbell multiple times with no answer. I called the number on the paperwork I was provided and the woman I spoke with was very nice. She said she would call the facility. After another 15 minutes of waiting I called back. I was told that the technician was not supposed to clock in until 8:00 pm. 

I as you this, if I was 30 to 45 minutes late, how would you handle it. She eventually got there at 8:00 and I was able to enter. Everything went smooth after that. I was very disappointed because I made an extra effort to be on time only to wait 45 minutes.

The room was ok... not as comfortable and relaxing as I expected. The bathroom was super dusty and there was no hot water. I let it run for about 7 minutes and it never warmed up. The technologist (person who hooked me up) was kind, but smelled like cigarette smoke and was dropping subtle hints that she didn't want to hear any complaining about me having to be there. I know she was just making small talk, but it didn't make me feel any more welcome or comfortable to sleep there. Overall the sleep study did what it was supposed to. I did the sleep study but I was hoping I would be pleasantly surprised by the staff and atmosphere, but I think it's kind of exactly what you'd expect: a sterile hospital environment disguised as a motel room with a staff that just wants to get through the night. Not a terrible experience but not something I would recommend as I'm sure there are better options out there.

Jamie was wonderful, very kind, personable and helpful. I have additional medical issues and prior to leaving the facility I was getting sick and she was very helpful in assisting me and ensuring I was ok to drive home after and made sure I had what I needed during my stay. I will say the facility could use some upgrades expecially with the shampoo/ body wash provided as it was in a foaming soap dispenser and you had to use an excessive amount to get the job done.

This has been my third sleep study
The first one in 2022 did not complete so therefore did not count

The next one due to Medicare, I received a rating of three where there is a requirement of five in order for a CPAP to be made available

Last night had sleep study, and it was very nice that once again the hot water had been restored in order to clean up Afterwards

I must say that when I tried to get water out of the cold area, it ran hot and when I tried to get water out of the hot area, it ran hot

I pointed this out to the person helping me, and so hopefully that problem will be resolved.

I tried very hard to follow the directions given, and I’m hopeful. The outcome will be positive.

I will say that it was hard to try to shower with the water be as hot as it was, but it was very necessary to remove the sticky things on my scalp that dissolve in hot water.
