Your letter informing me of what to do and expect stated I would leave the facility "between 5-6:30am". I planned my morning around that release time for other appointments. I wanted to stay in Hendersonville for other tasks as it is not worth coming home and going back later, a 30 min drive each way. I was woken and released at 4AM! Had I known the correct time I would have canceled the appointment and went straight home. You need to put CORRECT release time on your letter!

Your mattress in room 3 needs replaced. When I went to my first sleep study downtown, I was on a tempurpedic mattress that suits everyone. And I was also surprised I didn’t have my own bathroom and had to go out to the bathroom.

My experience was fantastic. My sleep technician did an excellent job explaining the process of what would be going on throughout the night. She was extremely nice and very professional. She worked hard throughout the entire night. I think she tried at least 4 different CPAP mask throughout the night because they wouldn't seal correctly and was very fast at changing them out and she had to change a few of the wires and belts as well when they failed. She worked very hard and all the changes made so that it allowed for all the different mask to show how well they worked on my face and the different pressures they provided. Even though she had to do all of these changes all night long I was well rested all Day and I was not tired all day so that lets me know that I still got plenty of sleep though out the night. I will be recommending this service and professionalism to everyone I meet that are talking about needing a sleep study. She is a top tier professional technician

Sleep therapist exceptional. Highly appreciate her. She definitely deserves a raise. On the other hand the woman who opened the door was very rude and cold. She needs to be fired immediately. She was not friendly at all Made me have the impression that I was an interruption that she didn't want to bother with. Only spoke to say STAY HERE! But when I do believe her name is Kathy came it was extremely inviting and welcome. She is absolutely wonderful. Again. Give that woman a raise. Above and beyond!!!!

Brandy the technologist was extremely kind and helpful through my overnight stay. From the moment I arrived Brandy was forthcoming with what I could expect. Her concise communication, help with my difficult trips in/out of bed and empathy/care were very much appreciated. Due to my preexisting health condition the experience was very painful and I hope a proper reading was made possible for the sleep study.

Dr. Karden is fantastic!! Jamie, my tech, was so sweet! She made sure everything was working correctly and ensured I was comfortable. She has such a sweet personality!! The room was nice. My only suggestion is an easier way to shut the bathroom door. It’s heavy and I couldn’t get it to shut completely. I’d also like to have had something to set my clothes on in the bathroom since that is where patients undress out of camera sight:)

The technologist was amazing and made this the best sleep study I have done yet. The only downside was trying to find the correct building since the trees in front of the building blocked the posted address. Everything else was great.
