My 4 year old daughter had to come last night and she was very overwhelmed and scared. Betsy made the experience 100 times better. My daughter loved her. I couldn’t say enough good things about how she was with my daughter. Definitely a star employee that is very compassionate.

Excellent experience, and Jenna was amazing! The reason I marked "Your Room" as just "good" is because I felt it could be made a little more comfortable for guests. A better more substantial blanket, maybe a rug to cozy the room up, and the lighting was really bad. Not comfortable at all to help get me relaxed prior to the sleep study. The table lamp and stand up lamp wouldn't turn on so I had to rely on the brutal overhead can light plus beside lamp to light the room. But other than that, everything was really great overall, and I did really like sleep technologist. She was wonderful.

Ashley was fantastic. Very friendly and knew her job very well and the care and compassion throughout the visit was exceptional from her. I wish the room would have had a lock for the bathroom on my side so I could have secured the door from the other guest. Just a minor comfort thing there. Also, I knew where the location was and had been there once before to pick up a device, but I dont recall an address or anything being provided in the instructions or texts leading up to it. Michelle did a fantastic job over the phone in confirming for me that it was the place that I had been to before.

I had difficulty sleeping comfortably and needed extra pillows which were not available. Having extra pillows and at least two towels (long hair) would have been nice. Other than that tech was nice and helpful and tried to make me comfortable.

I had my first Sleep test over 20 years ago. I did not have a good experience. I was nervous before the test but Jermy, Sleep Technologist, explained to me the procedure and took good care of me through the test.

For patients that have a parent or someone staying with them, it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, a pitcher of water with cups, and vending machines available that weren't behind locked doors. Also, I noticed the beds were tempuroedic, but they felt like sleeping on 2x4s. The blanket/comforter did not fit the bed and kept sliding to the floor anytime you would barely move. Also, waking people up at 5 or 5:30AM, when you've been waking them up off and on all night, and making them feel rushed to leave was a bit much. When we left everything was still locked and lights were off. It was a ghost town. You couldn't have let us sleep until 6:30 or 7? I had 3 hrs to drive before we got home and was exhausted.

The technician, Brandi, was professional, kind, and informative. Everything was positive except for my arrival. I went to the other facility not realizing the sleep center was at a separate location. When I arrived, I tried to enter the front of the building but finally discovered the side entrance. My only suggestion to make it a better experience would be to make sure on the courtesy call that people understand it’s not at the testing location. I should have made sure myself so I take responsibility too. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend your services. Thanks for helping me achieve a good night’s sleep.

I had a very pleasant experience. My only concern is that I wear a dental appliance. My Dr. told me to make sure I wear it during the study, as I had not had a sleep study since getting the appliance a couple of years ago. During the study, the technologist asked me to adjust the appliance. This requires changing straps on the appliance. I did not have those with me, as I wasn't advised to bring them. I'm concerned that it was a waste of time since that was the point of the study - to adjust the appliance. I as not made aware of that previous to the study
