Hello! The only issue I had was the facility didn’t have an extra room or bed for me to sleep in while my daughter did her sleep study. I had to sleep in the recliner so making it to work was almost impossible because I was so tired but overall the technician was amazing and he apologized several times. It wasn’t his fault it had to be with the scheduling department and I was told that I would have a room to sleep in. Overall amazing staff, clean facility and nice environment. Thank you!

I did not have the sleep study at the Hendersonville location because of bad weather I asked for someone to call and schedule a home sleep study for me have not heard. We’ll have to see how things go.

I could not find any signage recognizing the sleep center, then when I went into the little foyer I did not know to push a microphone button to call to be let in. I had no phone number to call to help with directions. Just happen to be a sleep patient walking up to the facility and showed me what to do. I was glad he was there. After getting in side everything was great. Ashley was the best. Thx for your services.

Too much noise didn’t rest or sleep. Train noise and could hear others on speaker. And my nose piece kept coming out so tech had to come in room several times.

The hall bathroom desperately needs a hook to hang the monitor on.
A call light would be helpful.
With BiPap on it was hard for the Technician to hear me calling her for help to use the restroom.
Af first there were electrode problems. After many changes of electrodes without positive results the problem was rectified with switching out the monitor.
Everything was explained well. Very Professional treatment!

Jenna was very courteous, professional and a good overall personality that left a great impression. The bathroom situation is a little odd. Why would you want to share a bathroom (e.g., toilet and shower) with someone you don't know? That was just a little strange to me.
I did feel the room was nice, and my experience twelve years after my initial sleep study was far superior.

There was an issue with the people scheduling me saying there were no females available for my test. I talked to the sleep technologist, Jamie, about the issue, she was fantastic and caring the entire time.

I would suggest that there is a table and some sort of closet to put your personal items in. I think the rooms should have its own personal bathroom. There should be usb ports for electronics and phones. The lamp on the bedside table did not work (should be tested before each occupant. Also, the bedside table barely had room for even a book to sit on due to some equipment devices that were on it. However, the experience was good overall.

The only reason all responses weren’t “Excellent” is because I was in the room adjacent to the kitchen and the wall between us wasn’t very soundproof. I’m pretty sure I was awaken a couple of times during the night due to noises in the kitchen. I definitely heard some noises a couple of times while I was awake. However, I must say my technologist was fabulous from beginning to end.
P.S. Your first and last question in this survey are identical. I’m assuming that’s on purpose to see if answering questions causes a change in perception. If not, you need to correct.”
